Anosmia can be temporary or permanent, acquired or congenital. Any disturbances in the pathway of perception of smell, whether mechanical or along the olfactory neural pathway, can lead to anosmia. Usually, it is seen in obstructive and inflammatory conditions of the nose, head trauma, aging, and
neurodegenerative diseases. The management of anosmia depends on the underlying pathology. Based on signs and symptoms Anosmia in Ayurveda can be correlated to Gandhanasha. A male patient with an inability to perceive smell after a road traffic accident came to the OPD and was treated with Ayurveda therapeutics like Pradhamana Nasya and Viddha Karma. The patient observed considerable relief of the symptoms after the course of treatment. This case report illustrates the significance of Ayurveda in the management of anosmia.

How to cite this article:
Arora M, Naveen B S, Kumari B G, Viswam
A, Krishnan N, Naik N M, Sneha P K, Swathi.
Ayurvedic Management of Traumatic Anosmia-
A Case Study. Children and women using vermilion on scalp are also victims of it. Main symptoms of it are anaemia, abdominal colic with constipation and neurological symptoms including paralysis of wrist and encephalopathy. In the proving of Plumbum Metallicum, the main source of symptoms aretoxicological which can also make a brilliant cure in lead poisoning
cases by the principle of symptom similarity, the case which present here is one of them.
Objective: Homoeopathy is based on the law of “Similia Similibus Curentur” a Latin phrase meaning “like is cured by like.” If the symptoms of lead poisoning are similar to the toxicological symptoms in Plumbum which are laid down in Materia Medica the cure takes place. In this study verify it again.
Material and Methods: Here toxicological symptoms in Plumbum Metallicum are collected from “The Encyclopaedia of Pure Materia Medica “ by T.F Allen, vol-8.1 After each symptom the number mentioned denotes the name of the collector and the source from where the symptoms have taken. For example, swallow, pale face is a toxicological
symptom of Plumbum, beside this symptom is written Ducosta Med and S Rep,1867, in workers. Corson Canada, Lancet 1874, P-141, effect of water from leaden pipes are within. For repertorization “Repertory
of Hering’s Guiding Symptoms of our Materia Medica” by C. B Kner is used. There are four numerograph beside each rubric, II, I.II.I. II= ist grade, I= 2nd grade, II= 3rd grade, I= 4th grade. For verification of toxicological symptoms Dr. J.B. Mukherjee’s “Text Book of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology” is used.5
Results: Based on the maximum number of rubrics and consultation with Materia Medica Plumbum Metallicum removed the symptoms of chronic lead poisoning and cure took place.
Conclusion: Plumbum Metallicum can cure chronic lead poisoning case.

How to cite this article:
Ganguly A. It is helpful to comprehend and describe intellect and health qualities. Functions are determined by doshas, demonstrating their function in Prakruti and its influence on working memory and cognition. Perception and memory are components of cognition. Mental equilibrium depends on emotional regulation, such as controlling fear (Bhaya).
Objectives: Understanding test anxiety in Ayurvedic students and connecting it to their physical constitution (Prakruti) are the goals of this study. Additionally, it aims to clarify how anxious male and female students are. Understanding anxiety levels in Ayurvedic students, comparing the severity of test anxiety in male and female students, and evaluating students’ Prakruti and exam anxiety susceptibility were the primary goals of the study.
Methodology: To find out how common test anxiety is, a quantitative study is conducted among first, second, and third-year professional students at an Ayurvedic college in Bengaluru. Out of the 87 students selected, 33 were male and 54 were female. The Prakruti Assessment questionnaire, created by Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research in Bengaluru, was utilized in this investigation after the Hamilton-A anxiety scale.
Results: According to the results, both men and women took the exam, however women were more impacted than men. Students with Kapha Pitta Prakruti were more anxious about exams than those with Prakruti.
Conclusion: There is strong evidence that anxiety and Prakriti are related. For students’ mental and physical well-being, a stress-free learning environment is essential.

How to cite this article:
Kumar H P, Supriya E. This condition, characterised by inflammation of the nasal mucosa, manifests through symptoms such as sneezing, nasal discharge, congestion, and irritation. Primarily driven by imbalances in Vata and Kapha doshas (bio-energies), with occasional Pitta involvement, Pratishyaya is systematically classified in Ayurveda according to its aetiology (Nidana), pathophysiology (Samprapti), symptomatology (Lakshana), and treatment protocols (Chikitsa). The increasing prevalence of rhinitis, particularly among children in urban environments exposed to pollutants and allergens, underscores its impact on quality of life, growth, and development. With rising concerns about antibiotic resistance in conventional treatments, integrating Ayurveda’s holistic approach with modern medical strategies offers a promising pathway for sustainable, long-term management of recurrent rhinitis.

How to cite this article:
Bishnu K P, Kumar R. It is the most common chronic disease affecting both adults and children. According to the World Health Organization, it is estimated that the disease affected 262 million people in 2019 and caused 455000 deaths globally. Over the recent decade, asthma patients have increased dramatically in numerous countries demonstrating the critical influence of environmental and dietary changes on its development. We limit our discussion in this article to the dietary and yogic approaches for managing asthma.
Scope and Approach: For this review, extensive bibliographic research was carried out, including diet and asthma”, “yoga and asthma”, the DASH diet, and obesity, from Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Research Gate.
Key Findings and Conclusion: The inflammation and narrowing of the airway of the lungs can be improved by the implication of yogic practices and dietary modifications. Yogic practices like breathing techniques, meditation, pranayama, asanas, and relaxation techniques help to relax the airway and improve lung function. Moreover, dietary modifications such as the Mediterranean diet, Dash diet, and low glycaemic index diet also help to reduce the symptoms of bronchial asthma.

How to cite this article:
Devi M, Bansal P, Byadgi P S, Kar A C.
