Technology is just like a river always flowing never stopping. It is a rapidly changing and dynamic field where update is always required. Now a days, it is used in everywhere such as agriculture, pharmaceutical industries and many more. Technology innovations and advancement leads a better life. Large multinational pharmaceutical organisations use latest technology so that the organizations get a biggest height in this competitive world. So, it is very important to learn these technologies to face the industry related challenges and issues. All the staff and patients are required to learn the complicated concepts of emerging technologies. One of the biggest challenges in pharmaceutical industries is about the pharmaceutical employees, as they don’t have any knowledge regarding the technologies. Industry needs an employee which is more innovative and agile in their thinking to use the technology to deliver the better solution.
